Re: my 1981 super carry jdm style
Great looking wheels but with the 800cc engine it must be a bit slow taking off. It is interesting that Carry owners are always looking for ways to lower their Carry and yet this 1981 is low. Has anyone looked at the difference in suspension because I only dream of mine being this low.

plugs to no where.
After all these years I have finally bought a tacho for my 1985 Super Carry. I removed the instrument panel and noticed there are two unused plugs wired into the wiring loom. One plug has two wires, one Purple and one Green, and the other plug has three wires, Orange/Blue, Blue/Green and White with ...

Re: Hi, I'm new here......this is my ST90.
So you got the offset right for your wheels? Lucky you, I have had mine for 4 years and am still looking, although I did have some 17/195/50's and even though they were only about 13 millimetres taller than the 12 inch tyres it stuffed up the gear ratio. Whereas with the originals I can drive from 4...

Re: Nano-technology
And bringing it back to its original topic (not that I cared if that it went off topic because I believe threads are for conversation. 30W/40 could be used with Nanotechnology. Imagine you have a 30cm x 30cm diamond plate, now cover that with diamond ball bearings and put another 30x30cm diamond pla...

But, are they faster and go better than new. My old man knows mine it does because he bought it new and drove it for 23 years. "This van now has more power than my 2009 Nissan Micra." His words!

Re: Nano-technology
Brayden, I am not trying to sell it to you or any other member, I am just saying that it works and I am very happy with it. Billie, it is not an oil, it uses the oil as a carrier. And Courierguy, I am sorry if my excitement of my 970cc engine reaching 330,000km bores you!

Nano-technology
I thought I would inform the members that think nano- technology (Archoil) is snake oil that today my F10A engine clicked over 330,000 km. When you consider I drive many kilometres everyday and always rev line it in all gears except 5th because to do so I will lose my licence. It does not use oil an...

Re: diesel mboy
Yeah I agree, your biggest issue will be gearing. I used to drive a 4WD Kabota tractor with a tiny, yet incredibly powerful diesel engine, but when you take into consideration the very large tyres driving it and the slow speed, I would not like to predict the final drive required. Amazing engine tho...

Re: Is there different diff ratio gears available
I agree with the shortened 9 inch, it will also help the front rear weight ratio.

Re: Is there different diff ratio gears available
I have to ask you, is it difficult to put in a 13B and where did you get the gearbox adapter? I am sorry I cannot help with the diff, although I do believe that the 5 speed ratio is the same as the 4 speed and it is 5.9:1. I have 15/195/50 tyres and they do drop the revs down a bit. I had to remove ...

Re: F10A to K10A Suzuki Super Carry
I find it interesting that your K10 pulls from 60 to 110. I am wondering, is that kilometres or miles per hour? I was talking to a mate today about this and said to him "Watch this, my engine has done 321,500km so I slowed to 40kmh in 5th and it pulled away easily (as always) until I released m...
