Check any manuals or booklets that may have come with the car when you bought it?
Or maybe rip it out and replace with an aftermarket one and . Haha. I actually have no idea, but hopefully you can get around it without having to pay Toyota.

Sorry, should have added that. I have no idea if it has or hasn't been rebuilt at some period in it's life. It was an ex-company car for an air conditioning service in Ipswich though, so high K's would be expected.

The F8B in my Hatch is coming up on 340,000 k's. Still goes pretty good, not the healthiest/most reliable though

I don't think P plate drivers can drive anything with mod plates or something like that. From what I've read you could still drive a Cappo though, because it comes standard turbo and it's only a tiny engine anyway. Personally, if I went from F5A to F8B, I wouldn't bother getting a mod plate or anyth...

Dave i don't think this is to hard how ever the arm to pocket ratio prevents it :D I personally lack the skills/know how to pull something like this off. Come to think of it, it probably wouldn't even be road legal, so you could just hack the shit out of it (Not that I'd hack the shit out of a perf...

I could imagine what a nightmare it would be.oh and if anyones thinkin of going f6b i highly recommend not. parts are non existant in this country, most mechanics and even a few suzuki specialists dont know what it is. you mean f6A right?
