Offcourse head swap is the better way to go but... F8C heads are about 125 euro at the junkyards around here for pre 2004 models. The roller rockers only came on the late >2004 models!

For a 70k engine with gearbox, ecu axle and fuel pump they ask 850euro. (Exchange rate is about 1.66 Euro to AUD)

It is way, way too big! The RHB6 / RHC6 version is used on a 2.2 Turbo Mazda 626 engine. It is pretty rare!
