That "Chip" is a reed switch its closed by the magnet mounted on the disc that rotates with the speed o so if you put a resistance meter across it and turn the input to the speed o it will show the resistance changing from zero to infinity -check the auto manual page 21-11 and 21-62 .Its o...

I would just grind a bit off the roll pin (and re chamfer the end) this is mearly a locating device so it does not need to be solid .

As per BUSBOY a 125cc suzuki motorcycle engine is about 62mm bore you can get these from china for about $20-$40 each with rings ; i dont know the other dimensions which would need to be checked (pin diameter, pin center to top of piston etc...see link below for an exmaple that has dimensions) but t...
