Re: Suzuki hatch in India!
I'm not quite sure what he was talking about at the time, this was more than ten years ago. They were the things I could remember. I guess its going to be trial and error for you.

Re: Suzuki hatch in India!
1) I've only heard of this being done once, many years ago by a Suzuki shop in Queensland. I don't have the details on what pistons they used (because the F8B pistons only have 2 fly cuts instead of the 4 required for the F6A twin cam head). Apparently the only other requirement was a longer timing...

Arklan,
The 4wd box will fit any f series motor, but the flywheel, pressure plate, starter motor are all different. Also you would need to have the cv ends, to make new axles. The shifter is also cable operated.

Re: WTB: F5a Turbo ECU+wireing loom
You could use an aftermarket computer, which would work better than the factory.
A wiring loom would be easy to make for that motor, it's very basic.
You shouldn't buy second hand stuff, in the end if it doesn't work, you then have to buy the other.
Just speaking from my experience with this.

Never had a problem removing it while it was in the car.
They seem to come off easily.

Re: F5A g/box on a F6A motor?
Short answer is yes. But you are better off with a f8b box because it has a better final drive.
There is a lot of responses to this question over the last couple of years. Do a search and you will get your answer explained in more detail

Still easier to fit a Matiz engine.

The cluster does fit into the mightyboy with some small brackets and a little mod to the plastic around the cluster.
