I know aye and to top it off I was actually looking for a few mb spares I went right off at the guy too that was crushing them he reckons no one ever comes in looking for parts off them so I handed him my number n told him to call me as soon as one hits the yard and ill take the whole car

i second that the polytuff is good steer well clear of the nolathane ones though ive had 3 kits in mine now and they just crumble like old dry cheese so i put rubber back in for now. ive used polytuff on my other cars and noticed a massive improvement in the way the car felt and handled

i tried to rebuild mine a little while agin it was too much of a nightmare finding the bits i needed so i now use it as a door stopper in the shed. btw a toyota forklift alt fits on thats what i did to mine.

i brought one allready and it works a treat. car idles fine smooth all through the rev range actually cruses allong without splutter, seems to use less fuel. and on top of all that the poor little motor isnt screaming it's heart out trying to do 100kmh anymore btw i can now do 120 again yay.

dont worry it isnt a dumb question i had a bit too much blood in my alcohole system one night and went to time my mb couldnt figure out why it ran so good but the timeing was way off till i realised i had hooked up to plug 3

well according to the guy who inspected it and filled out the mod forms and put the plate on the car was more then happy with the job he said it complied with all the required criteria. i dout he would have done the plate if he knew it was not compiant and put his business in jepody.

ok so i have the car back now paid the $80 impound fee drove it straight over to the cap shop walked in and asked them to have a look at it. i handed them my defect notice the elderly officer took a look inspected that it did have the mod plate checked that all numbers matched said it was all good a...

ok well ive got the cell in. it wasnt an easy task it was a nightmare. it wouldnt fit under the back without bottoming out on the rear axle. so i cut a hole in the tray mounted it down as far as i could. the top of the cell is level with the tray so i welded it in. the exhaut had to re-routed as it ...
