Re: need your help...convert the analog speedo to digital

get some digital gauges from bikes and use it on the carry instead of the stock one. there may be a problem using bike revv counters as bikes have no distributor. see what happens after wiring a suzuki gsx-r 1100 rev counter to the supercarry: http://www.turbo-diesel.at/Phorum/album/albums/userpics...

Re: Super Carry Project.. Step 1: Lowering!

hi, if you do not use the full load capacity you could go my way: front: cut away three windings of the coil spring on each side cut the rubber bumpstop in half and remove the cut piece rear: cut rubber bumpstops down add 2" ford escort mk1 lowering blocks remove one spring leaf and the overloa...

Re: R1 muffler on f10a supercarry...

I will put on a bike muffler instead of the rotten stock exhaust, too. Won an auction on ebay and will hopefully get two kawasaki zzr 1400 pots soon. They're scratched because the bike crashed, but thats no problem for my application. They only cost €10 + €10 for shipping :) I will mount one of them...

Re: Bike into Carry??

Has anyone tried to fit a medium sized dirt bike into a carry??? I ride trials bikes and want a carry to carry my bike (lol) and just wondering if anyone has tried it??? Hi, if this is still of interest: yes, it works. My KTM 380 EXC had a broken kickstarter, had to supercarry it to the workshop. h...

Thanks again, Brayden.

The shift stick would come out very far behind the front seats,
welding a longer shift rod is not the option to go

Re: G15A DOHC into a SK410 (Taking my sweet ass time)

Got an engine, but it is hard to find a G13BB gearbox (that doesn't cost more than the supercarry and the swift engine :| ). Did that gearbox you use come from a carry van or a later Samurai (SJ 413)? Could I use a G13A gearbox, too? Comparing pictures I found in the web there's at least one bolt th...

Re: G15A DOHC into a SK410 (Taking my sweet ass time)

No the F10A Supercarry box will not bolt to a G13B engine without an adaptor plate. It will bolt to a G13BB gearbox though. The G15A is a destroked G16B, so it requires an adaptor for a G13BB gearbox. Hope that makes sense. Thank you very much Brayden! It's not so easy as I thought before, but now ...

Re: G15A DOHC into a SK410 (Taking my sweet ass time)

Hi Sam, congratulations to your build & the build thread! I'd like to put a G13B Swift GTI engine into my '96 supercarry. Read this thread a couple of times and got stuck here: A word of warning to anyone that wants to do this conversion: use a G13B block!. They are shorter in deck height (more ...

Re: Hi from the other side of this planet

thanks for your comments, guys. just need to make sure the g13b bolts on directly to the stock supercarry gearbox, the rest should be "just" a lot of work, like wiring the G13B ECU to the supercarry loom. "Nehemiah" here on the board is doing it, but in a much more sophisticated ...

Hi from the other side of this planet

Just wanted to say "Hi!" here before I start asking questions 'bout supercarrys. I'm from Austria/Europe and got a '96 suzuki supercarry panel van in a bad condition. A mate had to do a lot of welding, I bolt on new brakes and did a basic service (fluids, spark plugs, filters,...) to get i...
