looking for mighty boy in Melbourne area
Hi all, I've done a bit of fishing before on this subject, but I have a new contact that had opened up doors. I'm looking to import a MB to the USA. Does not need to be running, lacking an engine is even better. Would be needing it to be more or less complete otherwise, in pieces could be okay too. ...

Re: MIghty Boy Registration Patition to lower cost
Why not take a page out of the Subaru BRAT handbook. When it was imported to the US, they stuck a couple seats in the bed to make it a "passenger vehicle" instead of a truck, import tax of 2.5% instead of 25%.

Re: Has anyone ever heard of a LHD MightyBoy?
I've looked for Pickup Sprint pictures to get an idea, but never seen anything at all.
That does look pretty good, but not perfect. Sprints seem about as hard to find here anyway.
thanks for the picture though!
Edit: I just realised that you did the photo job yourself on that one.

Well, I'd really love one over here...
In an ideal world, someone would have a Mighty Boy shell with no engine and no interior that they were selling and wanted to ship to the US so that I could put a G10 in it and a LHD interior of some sort.

Has anyone ever heard of a LHD MightyBoy?
Seems quite possible by swapping the interior from a LHD Alto or similar model from another country.
I know a guy over here in the USA that has a ex-Government issue RHD Geo Metro that it seems the city just installed a European dash on the inside.

Re: Introduce yourself!
They're actually not that common over here. I think a little more common in Canada though. I just have a base g10, and it's all mine.

Re: Introduce yourself!
Hello Everyone, I'm not a mightyboy owner, mostly just an ogler, and I'll credit that to the fact that they weren't for sale in the United States. Looking forward to seeing some good pictures and whatnot in the forum. I do drive a Geo Metro, rebadging of the Suzuki Swift, so I'm still in the family....
