Thanks for the info guys. Only reason I'm selling is as the family's getting bigger its become less practical, and I don't seem to find the time to enjoy it anymore.

I sprayed my tray with a paint called aqua fleck. You can get it in a variety of colours. The base colour is oil based and the colour flecks are water based so they don't mix in when you spray it. It comes out quite thick and hard wearing. Only cost about $30 bucks for the tin and just goes through ...

I've said this about other pulleys people have been chasing. I can spin one one up If you can give me the dimensions. Cost would only be material and freight. Gotta keep these boys on the road :thumbup2:

In light of the upcoming cruise I got out the laser cut sheet I drew up and had cut for a hardcover, and had a bit of a play around with it. Fits better than I thought. Just needs a bit more touching up around the corners and some bracing underneath. Not bad for $70. Not sure if it will be ready in ...
