I found out I have a prior engagement on the 17th so I'm in favour of re scheduling... or I'll just have to wait for the next one.

G10 to F8 transmission.

Does anyone know if he bellhousing patterns are the same between the F & G engines?
Looking at replacing the F8B engine in my 'Boy with a G10A & I'd like to keep the Powerglide.

Re: Building for boost

'5 PSI is all I want"
:snigger:
That's what we all say!
Trust me, you'll be bored with 5 PSI in a month, then you'll be 'I'll just swap the pulley & try it with 8'... then it'll be 10... then 15, etc.
Boost is an addictive drug.  :thumbup1: There's no such thing as too much.

Re: The resurrection of 'Special Ed'

Amen Brother, I've got 165/45/15s & a little part of me dies every time I hit a pothole.
Gunna try 165/50s when these wear out but I'm not expecting them to be much better.
