Think Eastland might be a bit of a challenge. Since it has been rebuild it has miles of underground parking covering the whole shopping centre complex. I've just fitted an "SW" brand 100mm Tacho to my Mighty Boy.  It has a dial on the rear that adjusts from 1 cylinder engine up to 8.
Set it on 3 - works a treat.
SW were a popular brand in the 80's and shouldn't be that hard to track down.
