Re: Mat's '88 Suzuki Mighty Boy Project.

my GTI seats are mounted on stock rails, and mounts, (I have a long torso so often struggle with head clearance with a sunroof installed, but i clear it, though just a little clearance). My main issue was that the stalks of the the seatbelt sockets are very bulky, so I fitted new belts with webbing ...

Re: Mat's '88 Suzuki Mighty Boy Project.

Yeah, those new mounts look great, are they any lower than originals? Cos after fitting my gti seats and realising that chewed up some head clearance combined with the sunroof I have very little clearance now

Re: Dan's Yellow MightyBoy (yet to be named)

Well I would fit the bill of "some fat bloke" but i was just the final straw and the passenger side was heading the same way, but that won't happen again. mine now has gti seats on standard rails. I gave it a good once over, before and took a reasonable bag of tricks to cover a lot of opti...

(yes the battery box runs counter that but what I intend will ...

Dan's Yellow MightyBoy (yet to be named)

Hi Guys, I've been a long time fan of MightyBoys but only just went out and bought one after working on one at work (I'm a mechanic and auto-electrician) So I bought one over in Perth sight unseen, flew over and drove it back to Adelaide.  20171024_131803.jpg 20171024_131803.jpg So yeah I was pretty...

Re: Introduce yourself!

G'day I'm Dan! I'm just in the process of buying a MightyBoy! I have had a soft spot for them for a long time (my first car was a zook triple also) I'm a mechanic by trade and have done some work on a customer's MightyBoy recently which reignited the passion (and confirmed there is no way I want an ...
