This from a mechanic, pic another trade, you can always work on cars on the weekend, ie. work on a MB they are good to learn from, You'll make more money that way.Refrigeration and A/c mechanic,that's what I did as my second trade, more money, company car and it's like several trade's in one.

On my g10 coversion i had to weld the linkage which made the stick angle back a little which was good

I agree with all off you.I have a couple of electric motors just waiting for the time and an auto elecky/fork lift mechanic Brother and some spare mightyboys so if time ever allows then I'm going to have a crack at one

Is that water cooled?

Thrust bearing should not be in contact if it is adjusted correctly when clutch out. People that don't take there foot of the clutch usually wear this bearing out

If brayden Can't help then I'll dig you one out, i'm in clean up mode so should be able to find one

don't forget the rad cap, if it doesn't presurise the system then it will boil also, was the problem with mine
