I'd suggest printing the .pdf off in it's entirety and asking the assessor to show you where the steering lock requirement is in it.

if the mb didnt come with one from the factory how can they not pass it for not having one :NFI: so what this guy is say is that if your mb does not have a steering lock you carnt get a rwc to pass rego well how the f##k did all the other mb geting around pass rego then with out it :x that just dont...
