Use a 19mm spanner to wiggle the caliper pin's and remove (a small amount of crc or wd40 may assist with the removal as it is uasually the grease on these pins that has gone hard that cause the dragging of the brakes) DSCN1949.JPG DSCN1950.JPG Once the pins are removed they should be throughly clean...

I have 165/75 13 on the rear these are "just fits" as any wear in the rear shackle bush's will result in scuffing under heavy braking (spirted driving).On the front 155/75 13 is as big as I can go without adjusting the steering stops and limiting the turn.

I have changesd the transmission that was in it to one from a mightyboy this has fixed the no second change problem but would like an F8B auto (different final drive ratio)so if anyone has one let me know -even if it needs work - maybe able to one out of two.

maybe just check that the top mount (pictured) that goes to the fire wall is not push hard one direction (gap both side's of the mount in the rubber)

Hey Nice work ; can you tell us a bit more about it?; what sort of range are you getting? recharge time? is it a D.C motor or AC using inverter? (one of your earlier post mentions a DC convertor but is this just a DC pulse controller?)of course the all important, top speed?

Nice work ...bit surprised that there are not more EV conversions. The first Australian EV manufacture has gone (Google - Blade EV to see but at 48K its probably no wonder)

Honestly I can't remember the part number, but I do have the invoice somewhere. You can get the pertronix modules thru repco, they are a seller of their gear. You will however need to talk to someone who has either sold them before or you will need a part number Unfortunately I got one of those pim...
