Re: Angas' Mightyboy Project Log

Hey everyone, I haven't posted anything for a while, but I have had some work done on my car. Just over a month ago, I got it resprayed and I think it looks pretty slick 8) I'll post some more photos up soon. 20140524_091111[1].jpg Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago, I also had a run-in with a kangaro...

What an awesome weekend! Thanks Tez for all your hard work in organising this and to everyone else who was there :D
It was great to meet everyone and see their cars

Re: Angas' Mightyboy Project Log

Preparing for the cruise! I feel like my car has started disintegrating over the last few weeks. Carby problems, a distributor died, door handle fell off, indicator problems... So I have a few things to fix up before next weekend  New parts :D and a new carby on the way 20140318_171418.jpg

For anyone who is interested, Fiaparts has recently changed owners and are no longer supplying parts. They are just mechanics and a tyre place now.

Re: Angas' Mightyboy Project Log

I fitted lower springs today :D
The difference wasn't quite as drastic as I thought it was going to be, but it looks good and doesn't scrub

I have blocks for the back, just waiting on the U-bolts I have ordered

Re: Lowering-DIY Guide

Actually, while I'm here, I had a bit of trouble with the front springs on mine. I borrowed a set of spring clamps but they were too big for the springs

Any ideas for the best place to buy a pair of clamps that would fit?
