New TMB window stickers

I thought I'd give forum members first grab at the new TMB stickers before I share on Facebook. These are designed specifically to fit on the passenger side of the back window (so the driver's rear view is not obstructed). Size is roughly 190x60mm. tmb-window-sticker.jpg I've cut 60 stickers (20 of ...

I will never buy a car that has lived within 100 km of a coastline.

Re: Running without bumpers.

Anything that is part of the crash structure of the vehicle cannot legally be removed. Because the front bumper is tied to the chassis it has to stay, but the rear bumper is just bolted to the body, so technically it can go - although you'd probably need to argue the point with Mr Plod at some point.

I'm starting on a '51 Morris Minor coupe soon. Just need to finish and sell one more MB.

Re: engine recondition plus gear box

I recommend calling SuziWorld. They've rebuilt engines and gearboxes for me and shipped to Canberra with no fuss. I can't fault their workmanship.

Thanks again. I just noticed you said it was engineered in QBN. Any reason you went so far for the cert?

This is brilliant! Thanks for sharing.
If I get time I'll download the images and reattach them directly to the forum so they don't disappear in the future.

Re: Joe/Tom's Mighty Boy

Sounds like you're discovering the difference between a tin top and alloy top G10A. Ahh the fun of dealing with spare parts suppliers who have probably never even seen the car they're selling parts for.

Re: F5A Variants???

There are many variants of F5A engines, even just within the Every (Carry) range. It sounds like you have bought an F5A from either a Jimny or one of many FWD Suzukis. Pics would help identify.
The additional runners in the inlet ports are for the emissions system on later mode F5A and F8B engines.

Re: OEM Radio / knobs(s)

I found a radio when I was clearing out my parts boxes. Can't remember if it had knobs on it though. I'll check.
