Wouldn't it be easier to fit the correct loom and ECU and sort the plugs out as you go.
It isn't Rocket Science.
All you need to do is get the two wiring diagrams and do some planning which it isn't hard.

Re: Engines.
In that case you would still end up with the transmission up under your armpit.

Re: Engines.
I did a rotary swap into an MGB many years ago and the problem with Rotors is the eccentric shaft is in the middle of the engine rather than down low like most crankshafts. This means the bottom of the engine sits much lower than a normal engine. To overcome this I had to raise the transmission so t...

Re: Washer Bottle Relocation
Have you looked at putting it under the dash.
We don't have room in our engine bay (F8C conversion) so our will go under the dash.

Any idea how the tailgate would open?
The lights would need to be cantilevered over the rear 1/4.
Although I will say the front looks good but the rear lights seem a bit of a mismatch.

Re: MightyBoy in England.
Fitting the Matiz engine calls for a bit of chopping on the subframe. Not wanting to chop the subframe we decided to remove the complete floor, firewall and front end and replace it with the Matiz parts. Not a task for the fainthearted! This means the Matiz engine bolts in easily ad also gives you ...

Re: MightyBoy in England.
We're in the middle of a Daewoo swap but have taken a slightly different route so we will end up with a Daewoo floorpan with a Mighty Boy body. The swap (if you do it with the MB intact) isn't that hard and worth the effort. I rather like the look sans rain gutters and other hang ons! Sort of remind...

You can get the indicator lenses on eBay as you can get the winders.

Re: MightyBoy in England.
I'm no expert but rust in the scuttle around the plenum for the heater seems bad and in the tub around the fuel filler cover panel also rusts.
Our's also had rust in the gutters on both sides of the car.
Other than that it was rust free.
The vertical seam is factory.

Re: Astro Boy Bonnet
We ended up saving the original bonnet so its now a spare.
The bonnet itself has a few bumps and lumps that would need sorting but I would do my best to save Astro Boy.

The Lexus V8 is 700mm wide across the heads so it would never fit between the towers.
Now a LS1/2/3 would fit and make a heap more power.
I have a Lexus V8 in my Range Rover and an LS3 in an ICV I built and the LS3 is twice the engine.

Re: 800cc EFI Wiring Problems
Whilst a long shot the Daewoo Matiz uses a derivative of the F8B (the F8C) which is fuel injected.
Try this link https://www.mymatiz.com/manual/ as the wiring will most likely be quite similar.
