Re: Sound deadening, Thoughts?
I recently put a bunch of deadening in my CE Mirage. Definitely made a difference. As for technique, check out this site Sound Deadener Showdown for a decent explanation of what you should be aiming for. Short version of their advice is that covering every inch of the car in dynamat type stuff will ...

(ACT) MG Club of Canberra Motorkhana - 19/3/17 - Sutton Road Driver Training Centre
As the title would suggest, we've got another motorkhana coming up on Sunday the 19th of March in Canberra. I'll be there in the MB and there's normally a couple of Cappuccinos as well. We're all typically far higher up the results than we have any right to be and you should come help contribute to ...

Re: FS: F5A motor and manual box + fibreglass canopy (ACT)
Not sure what else to tell you about the motor sorry Stubz. It apparently had ~45k kms on it when I bought the car. I changed the engine and gearbox oil on it just after I bought it and put ~5k kms on it trouble free. Then removed it to fit a G10. That was in March last year and it's sat at the back...

Re: Pimp Wagon - UPDATE: Restore back in action
I'm no expert in panel beating or a mechanic, it's a hobby which I enjoy learning as I go, really enjoying it at the moment so hopefully it turns out good as per my skills, it may not look as good as the pros but hey, at least I can say, I did that and I saved a bucket loads of $ doing so. It's the...

FS: F5A motor and manual box + fibreglass canopy (ACT)
F5A motor and manual gearbox - $150 Came out of a MB I bought from Colin on here about 15 months ago. He said that the motor had just gone into the car before selling and that it had ~45k kms on it at that point. I drove it for another ~5k kms before it came out 9 months ago. Didn't leak, ran well, ...

Re: WTB: MB front guards
Plan is to cut, add, weld, and widen the stock guards. I did contemplate it but fibreglass won't play sorry JB.
