Gday guys, I have had alot of interest, not surprising really for a brand new carby. Guys have been telling me they have paid more or got quoted more for a second hand one to get a full rebuild/service at a carby specialist. I would like to finalise orders in the next week. Its not fair for the guys...

I'm going to assume you mean the pistons and pads however, that its ok to use bearing grease on the slide pins on the caliper halfs?

This has been looked at before, no one yet has recieved any parts via this method. Heres hoping theres a change :)
I think they are not interested in one off sales. There needs to be large quantity :NFI:

Thanks, I worked it out. You have to put the dust seal on the piston(apply some brake fluid to lube) overhanging at the bottom then slide it in the caliper and seat it in the groove :)

As some of you guys know I'm running a ramflo as discussed at the Albury cruise, I deadset reckon its sucking in some hot air. Really notice a difference sitting in traffic performance does suffer... as djflex knows I'm in the process currently of making up a cold air box/induction. I'm also going ...

Brake dust seal replacement

Gday guys, I'm in the process of stripping and rebuilding a spare set of MB front calipers. I'm going to do a write up but have hit a bit of a snag. I have got a new seal kit and this means fitting the new dust seals. Has anyone actually done this. I cant work out the best way/process for fitting up...
