Also the F8B will have 2 cut outs for the valves. The Twin cam motors have 4 cuts out for the 4 valves per cylinder. Thats what stopped me putting the twincam head on my F6A SOHC

I always thought that there is a seal, like the ones you find in a FWD box (where the shafts go into)

all the rear axle seals i have done when i take the axle out the bearing is pressed on the axle and there is a seal in the housing.

I pulled out my injectors from the cervo F6A sohc and they are 195500-2300 with a light green top.

any way it happened again..... the cervo would not start again after sitting for 4+ day of not being driven..... it seams to not want to start only after being sitting for over 2 days. i spoke to a few mates and they think that the only thing it could be is that the injectors are slowly leaking and ...

maybe bad connection on the coil and the lead was new and for spark plug number 2.

had another quick play with it took the coil off and cleaned the terminal there the lead plugs was a fair bit of rust stuff, check the voltage (12.3 volts at the coil) broke the relatively new spark plug lead taking it off and replaced it with the old warn through one and she starts!!! :woot:

Tried adjusting it, it is already all the way at one end (has been like that for 2 years) just weird that it always has been working fine then just stopped. Yes it does get fuelly, the spark plugs are wet if I pull one out. "start ya Bastard" makes no difference at all. The sound sorta reminds me of when I had the firing order wrong, almost like it is firing on one cylinder. occasional backfire through the exhaust and throttle body. :NFI:

Long story short. Cervo had been on the road now for 2 years everyday driving, always starts first kick of the key no matter how hot or how cold it is, always has been reliable! Any who, I parked it after coming home from work in the garage, woke up Saturday, started first kick drove down the street...
