:censored: mate, sorry about that. i'm sure it was all fine when i sent it, if it wasn't i really didn't see it. I think i may know of where there maybe another one, it is off an earlier model hatch. i think they bolted up differently but by memory i think it will still fit the mighty boy as it look...

I've done a few measurements on this as i'm looking at doing a simular conversion at a later date to one of my other mighty boy's, suprisingly queensland transport will even allow me to do it. A lot of it fitting comes down to just how high the cabin is going to sit above the original chassis, as th...

Not always 100% accurate as it depends on where the head gasket is leaking but shows a blown head gasket most times. If you start the car and get it up to running temp, take the radiator cap off, making sure the radiator is full of water. if you see small bubbles on the surface of the water, then yo...

If all else fails, try using vice grips to grab hold of the screw with and un-do it. you can find a replacement screw without to much hassle. If you can get the shaft out, its not a difficult job to drill the holes out bigger in the housing and use brass, steel or something simular and have a bush m...

You could be right brayden. I'm sure in a couple of websites i have come across, there is mention that in japan the 550 turbo was also fitted in some mighty boy's. i could have misunderstood what they said or they could have their information wrong but i guess i will soon find out. Either way, if he...

Very interesting mowog, i'll keep that in mind. i'll probably grab one off of you if i can change the front pulley and can track down the rest of the required components. I know a guy who specialises in importing half cuts to suit clients orders and he is looking for a mighty boy wreck in japan for ...

Maybe the British do have a sense of humour
Was cruising around and stumbled across this site. Now, i can't find any evidence on their website to say that they have actually put this V8 into a cappa. they were building a hyabusa powered cappa but the backer (the man who pays the bills), pulled out of it and the project was never finished. Und...

Being nippondenso they are factory fitted units or have been swapped over from a hatch of the same era, thats the only piece of information i have definately been able to find out. Are you interested in selling the air conditioning unit out of the mighty boy that you are not going to use? if you are...

Two and a half grand for an engine rebuild... :-o Thats rediculous! A complete engine rebuild for $900-00, including the head being repaired sounds like a good price to me. Are you using all new parts replacing all pistons, rings and bearings for that price and does that include the cost of the head...
