i covered the dizzy part once befor mate has one in bundy on the farm dizzy works a treat only mod that need to be done is the coil pack needs upgradeing.

the cam and crank seal behind the timeing cover can cause a pain in the neck leak allways looks like it's comming from the front of the sump, if they are fine mabe you need to do what i ended up doing i removed the rocker cover threw the gasket in the bin cleaned up the 2 mateing surfaces with brake...

have to agree with makeing the mb rails fit the seat there is no way on earth the universal rails will fit up to an mb i tried it twice and failed so i drilled some new holes in the rails bolted it up used a few nasty words trying to fit them in the car and got it done

hey mate ive been flat out at work will get around to looking at everything on sunday for you so far i havent been able to look at it much except for it haveing a motor and gearbox lol, will check everything for rust etc and get back to you.

check and see if your fuseable link is fudged up starter runs off battery and barrel will only activate it start there see what happens.

mine has been doing the same for a while now check the little nylon roller at the back of the winder mechanisum where the glass slips in mine used to pop out and drop the glass but now i just leave the window up because i havent been able to find another winder for it.

i used some of that areldite in a syringe stuff and black sewing cotton just tied it off put a dop of the sticky stuff on and kept wrapping it around untill it was at the right hight then coated it with some more areldite and left it to dry sanded it back with very fine wet and dry passed a roadwort...

i used a genuine harley battery in my mb for a bit i flogged it outta my dads harley started fine and ran fine but dunno how it would go if you ran a stereo with it
