Re: HEATIN UP

Not to confuse the issue, but the guage position also depends on the range of the temperature sensor.
I'm not sure what the stock one is, but I know mine is a 40-120C sensor, and looks roughly like Tez's.

Re: Breyten's neverending build

Re: Swaybar thinkness

Yep, the D bushing by the looks of it.
Surely the LCA can take larger? Just need to have the bushings there ground out to allow fitment.
How would you fit up a secondary? Do you have pics?

Swaybar thickness

Evening all. While looking at the choices for the PolyTuff bushings to order a set, I notice that there is two different bushing sizes for the control arms. Fine, either old or new I guess. However, there are three different sizes for the upper swaybar bushing! 16, 22 and 24mm I went and checked and...

Re: Spotted

Hmm, maybe a few more enthusiasts in WA could mean a BBQ. ;)

Have spotted a couple of old fellas, one in a yellow MB in BEckenham, the other in a red one in Midland.

Had mine out n about in the last week. but I need to change the swaybar bushings. Braking is a bit wobbly!

Re: mb is a commercial vehicle for real

I have the hatch 3 leaf, but tbh, GVM also takes into account steering, braking everything else as well.
Just gives me greater trust that it wont invert if I load in 300kgs!

Re: mb is a commercial vehicle for real

With a Tare of 540, and a GVM of 930, the MB can carry more load per vehicle weight that a Commodore Ute! Mine cleared the pits here in WA as a Commercial, had to make sure the Tare and GVM were visible on the side though. *shrug* Biggest advantage is when going through the ADRs and NCOP for changin...

My dreams are heading towards using a G10 block, but then modifying the top with Triumph 675.
But yet to investigate/fund.
