I don't like your chances of finding anything locally, which leaves the option of importing from Japan. There's an ECU on Yahoo Auctions Japan for $200, which will set you back about $360 delivered. After that you still have to figure out how it wires up without instructions, and you're stuck with factory limits on boost and speed.

If I was in your position I'd go for an aftermarket ECU. Even a budget unit will be better than factory, and easier to install with instructions.

So today i have figured out that the epi intake and turbo is off a f6a motor.
Is that a issue? Or will it work? As he hasnt had it running since rebuild.
Even if i can get a f6a ecu and wireing harness can i just get the ecu remaped?
Thanks
kaleb.

The F6A manifold isn't an issue. It will work just fine. Although using it will rely on having the F6A electronic distributor (the standard dissy uses points).
FYI: Suzuki factory ECU's can't be remapped.

Based on the little bit of info you've given, it sounds like you're starting out from scratch with your setup.
If you want a breakdown of a similar build (F8B instead of F5A), here's a quick summary that might help:
