i'm thinking of buying 15x5.5 rims for my boy and am wondering if they will fit or if i'll need to get my guards rolled? i saw the "wheel fitting guide" on here but it says MAY need to be rolled, so no definative answer. anyone on here have this size rims and can throw me their opinions?

Depends on tyre size and wheel offset, and whether the suspension is lowered. Assuming the answers are 165/50, +40 and no, then you can get away without rolling the arches.

Depends on offset and tyre choice too.

I've run a 175/65/13 on 13x5.5 +40ish wheels (which basically the same size as a 175/50/15 on a 15x5.5 +40) and it rubs on the inners but is fine on the outer.

Edit: and Brayden beat me to it.
