What diameter is the piping? Look tight fit!
I have checked rotation and its mounted correctly. Yes very tight indeed i do however not know how well or if it will work.i guess time will tell hopefully be finished next week so far inly cost me 150 bucks and scrap metal and my time

I've opt for the amr300, bought a near complete kit for the f10a come with crank pulley, attached tensioner and blow thru carby. I think I will stick with draw thru setup.

Any idea what v ribbed belt to use and where to run the belt from?

What solutions did you come up with for the carby and ignition?

Ignition will get electronic upgrade and then tune from there. Carb will most likely be 1.5su but for a test just on idle i have mounted up the mikuni solex i think it is.

Thanks for sharing the process as you go along. It makes for a very interesting read, especially with your fabrication.

Well after sourcing a belt tensioner from a car at wreckers i came into work today to find the 3mm broch had turnes up so it was time to cut the keyway for the sc pulley but upon going to brouch kit and finding no guide to use i then had to turn one up and mill the slot to broch my keyway. After about an hours work its all together and ready to bolt on for a test run.

That's a shame. Seems like a lot of effort going to waste!
What exactly do you mean by it being no good under load?
Also, out of curiosity did it produce the boost pressure amount that you were expecting?

Couldnt be 100% as guage i had was a little ratty looked to be hovering between 3-6 psi thru rev range. Sounded sweet. But have sold it now and are looking forward to lowering and wheels
