Also, put in new shocks/struts all round in mine recently - man - what a difference to drive.... :-o

Aftermarket?
standard?
or performance?

Also K-Mac make front and rear sway bars...
We manufacture a rear bar for the 2004 Carry Van $265.
The front bar – exact same shape (with hump), 22mm diameter, $265.

Stockies more or less. Made a huge difference nonetheless..

A bar might not be a bad idea either..

Saw someone doing front end bushs so bought 2 control arms (China, 6350) for the GA413 Carry Van. Nice - got rid of the hammer under car when hitting a little bump sound. Old ones looked and felt ok, but werent it seems...sems identical except for the 'brace' location.. :!:

Wow :-o price difference for items and shipping Vs China - still, some things you just cant get....

Note that all the china stuff is NEW and the Japan stuff is all USED (doesnt seem to kill the price tho)..:(

New Front Hubs for the GA413 Suzuki Carry (starting to think GA32V also - dam you Noppin :P ) (listed as Ford taurus >CHINA< oddly). Anyway, different bearing setup (sealed type) so no need for the cap anymore..... :-o

I read the stock 1.6 aka Baleno throttle body was an upgrade for the G13bb. Picked 1 up as a result only to find its the same size - 45mm
Added a K&N filter also better throttle response/general running all round- recommended upgrade.

G'day

Where did you read that?
Maybe there is another throttle body we need to look for.

With the price of stock air filters, the pod is a good idea.

Hi All
Added some urethane sway / link bar bushes. Made a big diff although my old ones look like they were about 1/2 the size of the new ones and had been squashed down on 1 side quite a bit. (no pic sorry). Got these from Japan Urethane bushes

Hey guys
Upgraded the 'cat back' exhaust, same size as the front ($400 liverpool exhaust). Makes a nice upgrade as better response, sounds better as well

HI
Just a FYI - the tridon trs001 (st90 equiv) reverse light switch fits (redo wires) the later 99 on Carry
Money saved is a good thing $15 Vs $50+....

Cheers

Hi All
FYI Had a diff specialist try and get a new ratio for the Carry Van but he tells me the housing is too small for the others eg Jimny (he had on hand) ring/pinion etc

Also, for reference the axles are 22 teeth   :!:

Chinese equivalent center also does not fit eg 6350, same prob  as above ...

In addition am getting my center rebuilt - $425 - not sure if thats cheap or dear...?
