so this will be my sk410 1990 suzuki super carry build
i have already pulled the f10a out and its getting a full rebuild (turns out someone put the wrong crank in and the pistons stop 4mm short so new crank time)
wheels and tyres are ready to go
body is off to panel and paint
genuine parts are ordered and on the way from http://www.megazip.net glad i found this website on one of the forums here had hit a dead end even searched for parts while i was in japan on

this build is a few years coming this van was my island car when i lived on macleay island off the coast of Brisbane.
It was always plagued with problems we had done the heads the cooling system but it was still down on compression (now we know it was the wrong crank lol)
the ring gear and starter also didn't work right (now we know it was the starter with the wrong tooth count) the missus could never get it to work (such a miracle that i was allowed to keep it.) now it will be something that works will put up photos as i upload them to the old computer

please say someone knows where to get extractors for the f10a carry the sierra/samurai ones don't fit.

parts in now carry is awesome .

Edit...update
Got most of the exterior done motor is in but is making a he'll of a squeal from behind the motor . Everything is new so that is a pain in the ass

You're looking at custom made extractors I reckon. Never seen a set on the shelf in all the years I've been into small Suzukis.

hi,

i was wondering if you can take photos of the vacuum lines for the engine. I recently got a carry philippine model. I wanted to check if the vacuum hose are in the right place. Can't seem to find any info. i have downloaded a service manual from an st90 but does not cover anything about the vacuum lines.

thanks
