John Verban (www.kemotorsport.com) was producing flange plates a few years back. Might be worth contacting him.

Hey Jack,
Just wondering how you went with the extractors mate? I found this place on my mission to track some down for my boy when the time comes for the engine conversion. Yet to get prices yet though.

I was lucky enough to pick one up 2 weeks ago here in perth.
thank god dumtree has some uses - $50 with some other parts too.
now fitted to my car 550 big block road car - I can talk to my exhaust man
but he is looking to retire not gear up to supply MB boys with extractors.
I need to put a bigger size system + free flow hot dog/muffler to unleash the
550cc big block power - I know a perth member wants one too....

note to all - before you fit said extractors, remove oil filter first..........
exh manifold/extractor gasket needed modifying after fit up as parts
of it blocked the access to change the 3 x spark plugs - had to chisel/grind
carefully to get the s/plug socket in - 3 x new NGK BP5ES fitted (old ones
were clean for a 250,000 km motor).
maybe most of you already know this - we live + learn everyday...... :)
