Has anyone used one of these with their Karcher Pressure Sprayer and if so is it any good and does the wet reduce the dust much ?

Seems like a pretty good idea. I'll have to see if Gerni make a similar kit.

How would you handle the resultant flash rust?

Once stripped I use "The Must for Rust" best product ever and once sprayed on you can leave it on the metal for 12 months and no rust appears then you clean it and spray over.

I didn't think of using this for mild steel, more for stripping/cleaning alloy parts like gearboxes.
Although I've taken a note of the rust preventing product, that will come in handy!
