custom door trims with 6 in speakers in fiberglass pods and embossed flames in black vinyl
cd player in glove box with very neat surround (factory stereo still in place for looks)

Sounds very interesting mate.
I like the idea of relocating the fuel filler to the tray. Was considering doing that myself nut alas it was too much hard work for me.
Would love to see how it looks lowered 5"'s :-o
Not particularly happy with mine at the usual 2" drop - Although I'm sure I've got less than 3"s from the axle to the bump stop stopper (without the bump stop on the axle)

As for price, that would very much depend on the quality of the work. If all the indicators etc are filled by welding over I'd say you'd be able to ask a bit for it.

Good luck mate. - Feel free to drop a pic hey. :D :D :D

I've done some measurements, and if the rear was lowered 5" then the wheels would be practially sitting on the inside of the wheel arch, not to mention that the shocks only have just over 3" travel in them. :?

Mate have you got any pics? I'm keen to see what this thing looks like! It may also help to get you an offer. ( Maybe from me! )
Email to admin@tamon.org if you've got em. Cheers!

sending some pics to that email shortly..

bout the springs..i had them reset 4in..so they where basically flat, then put them in and bump stops where touching so i cut out the metal part hanging down from the chassis...

bout the body work...indicaters, locks, handles, fuel flap, aerial and any other hole have been welded up...the body lines etc have been filled with fibreglass bog then then normal bog..

still needs a good rubbing back, and there is still a few spots of rust but any 1 who can use there hands can sort it out

without stereo and with only 2 mths rego left i dont want big dollars just want to know what someone would pay

cheers

Mmmm... Not bad mate. Not sure if I'd have the smoothed body look, but I always appreciate a bit of diversity.
Well done.
