better brakes
Just fitted alto 1998 ventilated disc brakes & hubs to my 1986 alto hatch with rsr cp21s front end & motor.Twin cam 657cc turbo.Steering arms are the same & it bolts onto lower arms.Gos & stops real well. cheers.
95-98 Alto uses the same (or very similar) setup to MK1 GTi models. It works as a transplant on SB308 Alto because of the similar subframe structure.
On the MB and Hatch it still works but there are clearance issues to the chassis rails.
