just sent off my order yesterday
including full gasket kit, water pump, various interior bits

total $700~ all up

all from cappuccino sport in england
service was great, price was pretty good
I noticed they used a partner company in japan to get the parts sent though

Now I find I need new bearings and rings :( and my head has issues

can anyone here confirm that F5A Turbo bearings (mains and rods) are the same as F5B ??

don't want to order them and find out they dont fit :(

ive purchased f8a 797cc 4cyl out of a suzuki carry... made the bearings work out in a 3cyl f8b before :D

didnt u buy the workshop manual for the alto's?

i got the parts database, none of the genuine numbers for my engine correspond to a local part number

found a manual, trying to beg up the funds to get it :(

did you find a windscreen for the car im in adelaide too with a white works rs/x F5B trying to get rear water housin and radiator windscreen

With the Windscreen goto Windscreens Obriens. They has a weird listing for an alto with other windscreen places didn't. you never know it may just fit. If you measure your screen, top to bottom in the middle and left to right at the widest point i can tell you if it will fit.

Nope, a forum member here (Alpha76) drove his alto down to O'briens HQ here in melbourne and they tried fitting all of the alto (and even similar sized cars) windscreens, none fit.

Could buy a half cut, salvage the windscreen (make sure they don't cut it when they chop it in half), and on-sell the rest.
altoworks.info now being domain squatted... joy.

just after some parts for my f6a and thought I would look on ebay UK for cappa parts to fit to my Alto Works engine....

I bought these and considering what some people have paid just for the belt I thought it was a good deal.....
