Nah coz its away from the engine heat. legally i should, also its not mounted, it just sits there. i just love the noise

me to it sounds great .the stock air box (if you could call it a air box more like a smutherbox) on the van was just crap. the pod works realy on the van. every one thats got a van put a pod on it you wont be disapointed
