Hi, I am after some aftermarket wheels to suit my 1988 Alto Works RSX.
I assume 13" is the biggest I can go without causing issues with scrubbing?
14" would be better if they fit, but I doubt they would.

Ideally with tyres too.

I am pretyt much open to anything, but generally I prefer the 'racer' style of wheel.
I like the watanabe style too - those gunmetal grey ones - Ive seen them on a small suzuki before and they looked awesome.

Thanks,
PM or email me (simongill75@hotmail.com).

You can put 15" on it without scrubbing if you want. Just need the right offset/tyres. Check out Johnny's Cervo:

Abatis 15x5.5 rims - could easily be powdercoated any colour you like.

What is your budget?

budget is anywhere between $400-$800.
15" hey - that would be pretty good because then a much bigger range is available. I think 14" might be the way to go though.

Is the stud pattern, offset, and clearance identicle for an alto works to a mightyboy?

Those Abatis rims are a bit ugly I reckon.

what size wheels and tyres are they?
So basically that means the alto has a bit more space? Perhaps the springs are slightly different.

Well Johnny has the exact same wheels on his Cervo as Jay has on his MB - both with no issues, and I've put the wheels off my MB on my missus' Alto with no problems.

 Yeah, i have Abatis Zero 15x5 with 165/45 R15's on them, no scrubbing issues (stock height suspension, stock getting soft shocks too), but they cost me close to $1000 with the rubber on them, inc shipping for the rims to get to me.

They are not for everyone, and to be honest i wasn't so sure about them when i bought them, had not seen them on a mighty boy, only on Johnny's Cervo, but i bought them anyway. Once on the ute, i love them. Normally i'm more of a 5spoke rim guy, but i reckon the 6 spoke look is good on a jap car. :D

14x6, mine come very close to scrubbing on the back, had to roll arches, that extra inch might touch. mine are 14x5. The fronts would defs scrub, mine do a tiney bit.

Your running a 60 profile 165 & I'm running a 45 profile 165 tyre, so yours would look bigger. Off the top of my head i can't remember which one has a greater rolling size, but Ike's calculator will tell you.
