How likely is the F10a head to be stuffed after the head gaskets blown?

I found a van I might fix and sell.

depends if its just blown the gasket, or if the head is corroded or cracked, it could be warped..

I would buy it just for the wheels,on the out side it looks prety clean.as for the head the alloy gets soft(metal fatigue)if you shave the head, lap valves etc, when you tourque the head down it might last another 40 tho ks and blow another gasket.the alloy head gets hot and starts to collapse a couple of tho.a bare head will cost $400 aus and should last another 100 tho ks.my head has 420 tho ks on it before i burnt a valve.look out for usual structual rust if you can have a look at the van...ken
i love my van

I'm just wondering how likely the F10a head is to warp beyond repair. I know a Tig welder as I'm expecting the head to be corroded between a water jacket as it seems to be the most common failure of the f10a engine. That and a ran bearing.
If all fails I've got a running engine I can shove in it.
