Yes it will fit, clutch should be the same, the throwout bearing (one on the input shaft) is different. But it will bolt up.

May aswell get a f8b engine.

Hey mate dont want to sound rude but i'd go with the engine before the other stuff. $1350 for a reco f8b is a pretty sweet deal.

A stock EFI DOHC F8B? Didn't know there was such a thing. Could be an F8C or something? For the price you'd pay to import it and get it installed etc, you would most likely be better off just getting an F8B and doint the EFI and turbo conversion later on down the track if you wanted it. Or you could consider sticking with the F5A for a bit while you save your coin for something like a G10A of F6A conversion or something similar.

What I'm trying to say is, from what I've read, chasing decent power from an F8B isn't exactly cheap.

Wouldnt be a f8b, theres a f5a dohc and they didnt have f8b's in japan. Could also be a f6a.

There's a company in Adelaide that sells the AMR300's. Can't remember what it's called though, but IIRC they go for $300 or something like that I think.

Obviously you'd need the supercharger, custom manifold, belt, brackets etc. There's a thread on it around here somewhere.

EDIT: - Here's the thread's on it. You'd probably find a bit more info if you did a search too.

Oh, stop it Dave  - you've got me wanting to go AMR on the G10a  (Braden, what happened to the burnout smilie?)
So many delays to getting my MB back in order with 993cc & 5 speed transaxle... neighbor issue gone, donor shell up on rotisserie, new sheds on the way.... another project also..
