alto rear seat belts

hey guys, after some advice, need to know what seat belts can be used in the rear of a cl11v alto that will pass engineers will need to be lap/sash belts, any thoughts? hoping to register as a 4 seater and this is only hurdle

Any auto parts store will sell universal retractable seat belts that you could use. The biggest issue will be cutting the C pillars and welding in the necessary mounting points.
