Have you tried removing the plugs after cranking to see if they're wet (fuel)? That will rule out injector issues.

To me the problem still sounds ignition related. If it cranks but won't quite catch then it either has not enough spark, or the timing is out.

Don't know what the trigger angle should be. But just change the setting (its in the software and can be changed easily -forward and back- and easily put back) this will get it going (if you are sure the other setting's are correct! -you know home signal etc...).Then its a simple matter to adjust it properly :thumbup1: And you could try just loosening the distributor clamp bolt and turning the distributor while cranking the engine over (try both directions)if you are phobic of doing the software adjustment (but considering you used starter aid :snigger: it's not like you are going to damage anything)

i tried the basic trigger angle at 70 BTDC and nothing not even a boomp from the engine, i know it has to be around 30 BTDC seeing as it seems to fire more so once i charge the battery yet again ill set it back to 30 and only go up and down in 5 degree incriments

From experience you have to set the ingition to 5 degrees BTC during cranking for an F6AT.
Any more or any less and they are difficult to start.
