so how much is it going to cost me to get my f10a head gasket replaced at the shop

i went to start the van this morning and it was running on like 3 cyl
so i checked all the normal things everything looked ok. so i pulled out the first spark plug and it was oily and had coolant on it :censored: all 3 other plugs where fine. so i took the oil cap of and yep its milky in the head
i then droped the oil out of the sump and there was coolant in there
i droped out the coolant to thinking that if i leave it in there it will leak into the head and the cyl and start seizing things :NFI:

is there anything else i should do until i can take it to the shop

if anyone would no around how much i will be looking at for a new gasket fitted  that would be great.

thanks.....
....its not miles per gallon its smiles per gallon....
