Seems quite possible by swapping the interior from a LHD Alto or similar model from another country.

I know a guy over here in the USA that has a ex-Government issue RHD Geo Metro that it seems the city just installed a European dash on the inside.

The MB was never exported to LHD markets, so if one existed it wouldn't be a factory conversion.
I'm not even sure that the Alto was ever made in LHD. (At least not a Kei-size model)

Well, I'd really love one over here...

In an ideal world, someone would have a Mighty Boy shell with no engine and no interior that they were selling and wanted to ship to the US so that I could put a G10 in it and a LHD interior of some sort.

I reckon it'd work out cheaper to buy a MK1 Chevy Sprint T3 locally and convert it to a pickup by cutting the rear roof section off. ;)

I've looked for Pickup Sprint pictures to get an idea, but never seen anything at all.

That does look pretty good, but not perfect. Sprints seem about as hard to find here anyway.

thanks for the picture though!

Edit: I just realised that you did the photo job yourself on that one.
