I have finally managed to find someone to make a custom head gasket for the HOLK ( $300) but I can't find anywhere tension figures for the head.
Does anyone know the tension figures for either the F6A or F5A DOHC?(the new gasket is composite, similar to the original)

I may take up your offer. I just need to wait a month or 2 due to lack of funds atm.
PM me your details and I will get in touch with you as soon I have the money.

Hey Holk,
I just recieved my gasket kit from asia (complete) kit from Asia.
I paid aprox $80 deliverered via EMS.
Now my f6a is a Turbo sohc and I also purchased the japanese Electronic Parts guide on CD-Rom.
I cross referenced the SOHC and DOHC head gasket on several models of suzuki and they all have the same codes.
Part # 11141-81401
a quick google search and I found them on ebay

also saw your car when I was in Melbourne recently

Djflex,
I really can't hide with the holk. I guess I will never be able to have an affair and say " I wasn't there"
On a serious note: I have a F5A DOHC. With your cross reference document, can you check if it is the same code? If it is, I will order one straight away

Hey Holk,
I did a bit of checking and so far there is 2 models that came out that year *(88)
CL11V
CN11S
each of them use different gaskets
the most common was the CL11V it uses the following code
1141-81411 (ironically this is the same number as the cappocinno)
see if you can track anything else so I can nail it down for you
I will be down on 25th and should be there over the weekend if you wanna catch up
cheers mate
