No idea on the rims, but what size rubber is that? The profile looks extreme.

If that is a CSA casting mark, they will have been manufactured by CSA Wheels which are distributed in Australia by Mullins Wheels. Contact details are a search engine away.
So many delays to getting my MB back in order with 993cc & 5 speed transaxle... neighbor issue gone, donor shell up on rotisserie, new sheds on the way.... another project also..

it looks like a rim only(no tyre) sitting on another tyre. No way there is rubber that skinny.

Oh yes there is. The 17" wheels on my MB have 30 profile rubber and they look pretty much like the image above.
