Oil leak??/

My Mighty Boy has an oil leak from somewhere around the distributor/fuel pump area dropping down onto the bell housing.I tried to look up if it was a seal from the parts list provided on this site but unfortunately for me it's a bit hard to read.If it's a seal can it be easily replaced? I fitted a new tappet cover gasket but that didn't stop the leak....Any suggestions?

Most likely the fuel pump is worn and leaking oil,
Pretty easy to replace
