Making progress...
Finished my first year of uni just over a week ago, so I've had a little bit of time to work on the car
We've cut some rust out, and straightened the body out a bit more. Still plenty to do, but getting there :D

I still haven't heard anything about those fibreglass wheel arches, I'll have to chase them up and see if they're ready.

Progress photo!

Hi everyone,

Its been a while since I've updated anything on this project. I've kind of passed this car onto my dad who has been working on it, because I haven't had much time to work on it lately and...

I have bought another Mightyboy that is already running :D
It's in great condition and already has an F8B

We'll still finish the old one. It is part way through having the F8B rebuilt and hopefully it will be running soon

My dad has rebuilt the engine and there are just a few things left to tidy up before we can put it all back together

I still haven't got those fibreglass wheel arch pieces back yet, I'll have to chase them up

I've got a few more things to do, but after my exams

I fitted lower springs today :D
The difference wasn't quite as drastic as I thought it was going to be, but it looks good and doesn't scrub

Preparing for the cruise! I feel like my car has started disintegrating over the last few weeks. Carby problems, a distributor died, door handle fell off, indicator problems... So I have a few things to fix up before next weekend

New parts :D and a new carby on the way

Hey everyone,

I haven't posted anything for a while, but I have had some work done on my car.
Just over a month ago, I got it resprayed and I think it looks pretty slick 8)
I'll post some more photos up soon.

Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago, I also had a run-in with a kangaroo :x

Luckily, I only just clipped it. It has only really damaged the bumper and the quarter panel, so it could have been much worse. It sucks that it happened so soon after getting it resprayed  but not the end of the world. Someone gave me a hand in tidying it up, so it isn't very noticeable anymore, but it will still require a proper fix at some point

That sucks dude! A couple of months after I sprayed my ute I clouted a wombat and smashed the front end in. Pissed me off massively, but then I used it as an excuse for a body kit. 8)

Woah, a wombat would have been a lot worse!

I think it does call for a new bodykit :D (when I get round to it)

Looks nice and dusty, which means it was probably sitting in the back of someones shed? Best place to find an MB.

It's been sitting in a shed for a while, but the previous owner really took care of it. It's very neat and tidy, only minor wear and tear. Nothing seems to be missing or broken :)
It's all stock too. The only modifications are central locking/alarm and cd player

Tez, you must have seen it advertised! I think I'll look into transferring the plates to my other red one :D
