Has anyone put f8b pistons in a f5a block or know if this has been done before?
or are there any other pistons that fit in a f5a block

Ummmm....
F5a pistons are (standard) 61.960 - 61.975mm
F8b pistons are (standard) 68.450 - 68.475mm

Don't think they're gonna fit... :NFI:

Most blocks can be bored out a millimeter or two max, I'm not sure about seven!

Try comparing them to motorcycle pistons and see if you can find a match?
Probably your best bet for finding suitable small Pistons if you can't source any specifically for the F5A

As per BUSBOY a 125cc suzuki motorcycle engine is about 62mm bore you can get these from china for about $20-$40 each with rings ; i dont know the other dimensions which would need to be checked (pin diameter, pin center to top of piston etc...see link below for an exmaple that has dimensions) but this maybe an option
