You could install a 2" VDO tacho where the "Suzuki" logo square is on the dash next to the cluster.
I suggest VDO as they are able to be calibrated for a 3cyl engine - some are even switch selectable straight out of the box.

I did mention that I had wired three LED's in series, however what I failed to say was that the operating voltage of the system is ~13.8v, so the LED's fizzled out over time. Being in series, when one popped, the lot go out.
