Hey guys,

Any of yous have pics of your stereo setup in your MB???
I have the Alpine HU and speakers and next is the sub and amp which will I'll have within a few weeks hopefully.

I am getting a 12" Alpine Type S in a sealed box with an Alpine monobloc amp. I am thinking about how the general layout of the system would be but i guess it will be just a bit of experimentation. I am thinking about having the sub/box in the middle of the storage shelf just behind the centre of the seats and the amp placed behind the passenger seat (also on the storage shelf).

What do yous think of this? Any other ideas would be appreciated heaps!

Thanks

PS: Show us your pics

Your full-range speakers could probably do with a few extra watts stuck up them rather than just running them off the amp in the head unit. Get a bridgeable 4-channel amplifier and use channels 1 & 2 for your left speakers while bridging channels 3 & 4 for your LFE.

Also, you may be able to get away with stowing your amplifier under the drivers seat, rather than leaving it exposed on the parcel shelf, however you may want this for bling value...
