Well fixed the crank oil seal today. cost me $16 for a genuine Suzi one. I know there are cheaper ones out there but I fitted one of them about 3 years ago and it stuffed up already so thought I would try genuine. Fitted a new timing belt I had laying around while I had it off.
The only hassle was the pulley did not have any holes to fit the puller, so had to knock it off with a hammer.
It was hard to get the seal in but i made up a piece of waterpipe that fitted just into the pulley hole and welded a plate over it fitted a bolt and used it against the chassis to push the seal in.
Also found that a long tyre lever could go into the timing hole on the gearbox housing would jam the flywheel so i could tighten the crank pulley bolt.
